Learning Functions
design training plan
facilitate training programs
oversee programs
Business Development Functions
Communicate to clients about current training programs
Look for customers in market segment assigned
Help fulfill the training program of the center
Coordinate with departments
Answer inquiries
Update center calendar
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Self driven
Willing to make outbound calls
Professional
Experience in sales and outbound calls a plus
