We were founded in 2014 and recently acquired by an established investor in the real estate industry, EMPG Group. Lamudi has been pushing boundaries in the PropTech space and is looking at dominating the Asian market with new products and services that will service the growing need in the real estate business.
The opportunity:
The Learning and Development Coach will help educate clients on how to maximize their partnership with the company. He or she will provide important insight to support client's digital marketing and sales strategies. As part of the Lamudi Academy, the Learning and Development Coach will also work with HR to develop talent internally.
You are good at:
Client Training Delivery: Ideation, creation, and delivery of training sessions for our clients
Develop strategies to address the training needs of our business partners
Assist our commercial teams by delivering training sessions as a part of the signed package and/or as a lead generator.
Assist our corporate sales team by providing training sessions that support the sales goals of our clients
Represent the company in events as a resource speaker, host, or mentor
Internal Corporate Training and Development: Develop and implement strategies to address the training needs of our team members
Organize and schedule training sessions
Create and continuously develop training modules
Deliver training sessions
Track the professional development of our team members
Evaluate the professional capabilities of our team members
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in learning and development supporting both external client training delivery and internal corporate training delivery
Proven experience in creation and development of learning modules
Extensive knowledge in learning frameworks like ADDIE
At least 2 years of people management experience
Experience in tech start ups or real estate a plus
Ability to cope in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
