Job Description
Thermal GMS Corp. is urgent hiring of:
Leadman Technician – Maintenance
Site Deployment: Brgy. Valencia, Quezon City (Megawide)
Qualifications:
- With NC2 is a plus but not required
- Experience in maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or facilities)
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of tools, machines, and safety procedures
- Willing to work stay out and with OT.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading maintenance technicians during daily tasks
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on machines, tools, and building systems
- Monitor work quality and safety practices
- Help schedule jobs and assign tasks to team members
- Train and support new or less experienced workers
- Report equipment issues and progress to supervisors/engineers
