-Can work in minimal supervision
• Monitors repairs and maintenance cost of the assigned rental project and should only operate within the set limit
• Manage manpower cost by aligning the manpower requirement per shift in accordance to the operations required by the client and should operate within the budget
• Serve as the focal person of the Company to assigned rental project and its clients
• Establish good relationship / rapport to the client on behalf of the company for continuous business.
• Responsible on the fleet reporting, daily inspection report, employees leave, absences and discipline etc. which has direct involvement of the assigned rental project
• Proper monitoring of the operations and ensures the efficient services that meets the expectation and needs of the client
• Provides quality service to customer by enforcing quality of works without out delays in productions, unloading and loading of beverages products
• Responsible to report any incident /accident to immediate superior or next level officer involving the forklift operations within 12 hours
• Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results monthly, conducting training, implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organizations, adhering to legal regulations (DOLE, BFP, DENR-EMB).
• Complete operations by developing schedules, assigning, and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problem, maintaining reference manuals of forklift equipment, and implementing new procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as need.
• Ensure that Monthly Rental Fleet submitted on or before the set deadline, Preventive Maintenance Services and Preventive Maintenance Inspections conducted regularly by the project-based maintenance crew.
• Conducts Performance Appraisal of the project-based Lead man, Mechanic Crew and Forklift Operators yearly.
• Provides operational updates, concern, and issues of the client to the immediate superior.
• Manage manpower cost by aligning the manpower requirement per shift in accordance to the operations required by the client and should operate within the set limit.
• Manage the efficient fuel usages for all forklift equipment and prevent possible losses due to pilferage and avoid unnecessary use or running the forklift unit.
• Ensure to manage the reduction of breakages (target ZERO BRAKAGES).
• Performance work related tasks as mandated by the immediate superior
