Job Description
The opportunity
The Leader Development Officer will deliver leadership training sessions and development activities aimed in improving the overall knowledge, skills, and attitudes of Agency Leaders.
Responsibilities
Conducts basic and advanced training programs aimed in developing agency managers.
Facilitates learning related activities intended to kickstart the leader-related activities of agency managers
Provides the results of focus group discussions to the Head of Leader Development with the purpose of improving support for agency managers
Performs training needs analysis intended to enhance training programs
Develops training programs including curriculum, tools, activities, assessments, and training materials based on the results of training needs analysis
Utilize the company online systems to deliver virtual training sessions whenever needed
Monitors the completion of leader training programs based on established company learning journey
Drives key activation initiatives, regularly coordinates with sales management team, and participates in local sector events
Coaches co-trainers in the standard conduct of training, administration guidelines, and procedures
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending professional development workshops establishing networks and benchmarking best practices
