LEAD VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high-quality service to international customers by phone and online
Lead a team, if asked, including acting as a high-performing role model for others
Represent client businesses by liaising with their vendors and associates to achieve the client's objectives
Manage and coordinate team tasks and workflows
Research solutions for customers
Solve complex problems
Collaborate with colleagues and other service providers as needed
Undertake general clerical, administrative and data entry duties if/as required
Complete training to build skills when required
DESIRED PROFILE:
Excellent written and spoken English with neutral accent
Strong problem solving skills and leadership potential
Advanced customer service and rapport-building skills
Experience with servicing international customers in a relevant role
Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles an advantage
Qualifications relevant to the role are an advantage
Diligent and flexible team player
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute at 95% accuracy
