Leads in this role get to: Build the Company: Conduct English language assessments for potential new hires in off-shore locations using CEF standards and procedures Support the Team: Provide assistance with various large projects Keep Things Running: Evaluate candidates' ability to navigate through a typical English language conversation and their use of proper pronunciation Impact the Bottom Line: Enter the candidate information and scores into a database Handle record keeping Prepare regular reports of assessment results Qualifications: Our most successful candidates will have: Relevant experience in leadership development, talent management, and learning and organizational change management A strong capability in content delivery, timing, quality, and communication A bachelor's degree 3+ years of hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge base in leadership development, facilitating talent review for high potential employee identification, manager development, 360 assessment tools, performance management, employee engagement, and career planning and development Prior experience in large, multi-function organizations Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, appropriate in a matrix organization Ability to develop credibility and rapport and establish effective working relationships with all levels of leaders, business stakeholders and HR colleagues Solid analytical and problem-solving skills strategic and innovative thinker A proven ability to use influence skills to achieve results and effectively impact change The ability to execute high-impact learning strategies that enhance people and business performance A consultative leadership style that builds high-performing teams across multi-disciplined projects that consistently meet targets and realize organizational benefits Results focused The ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and line leaders internationally Excellent interpersonal, organizational and influencing skills and ability to facilitate across all levels of business Engaging and dynamic presentation and facilitation skills and will be a strong communicator through written reporting and verbal presentation Ability to take initiative and work independently on projects, as well as be an effective team member Strong change management skills, ability to manage ambiguity and enthusiasm for a rapidly evolving environment
