Lead Software Engineer
Job Description:
The Lead Software Engineer is responsible to lead the development team in designing and implementing new features, as well as modifying existing systems for adaptation to business and/or technology changes.
Should be able to drive the software change and release management processes, assisting with the overall maturity of the software development life cycle.
Ensure that software deliverables comply with quality standards and are completed on time.
Lead the team by providing assistance and support as needed to meet the stakeholder requirements. Be the go-to person on the team for technical matters.
Assist in implementing analyses that will identify requirements to make the product more effective, and its delivery to be more efficient
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and any related field
Hands-on experience working with technologies like ASP.net web application framework
Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Must have at least 4 years experience in C#, VB.Net, and MSSQL
Must have at least 1-year experience in a Leadership role
Experience working with JavaScript Frameworks/Libraries such as AngularJS, React, Bootstrap, Node.js, jQuery, CSS/HTML is a must
Must be knowledgeable in OOP or Object-Oriented Programming
Experience in APIs and services using REST is a plus
Experience in popular React.js workflows is a plus
Experience in code versioning tools such as GIT
Familiarity with front-end development tools such as NPM is a plus
Amenable to work in Makati
Can start ASAP
