Lead Real Estate and Facilities Administrator

SUMMARY: The Real Estate Analyst supports the real estate organization's strategy by evaluating new markets, analyzing real estate transactions, and leading the administration of the existing real estate portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct due diligence and evaluation of new geographic real estate markets
Support negotiations of real estate transactions by analyzing and reporting market data and trends, and modeling financial impact of proposed transactions
Act as primary point of contact between TTEC and landlords in a specific region, including engaging in person to advance the business relationship
Manage all day-to-day real estate lease administration activities and the accurate processing of all lease obligations
Interpret and analyze lease issues, tracking of critical dates, operating expenses, and escalate to Director, Global Real Estate as needed
Work closely with internal customers and landlords by establishing and maintaining excellent cross organizational partnerships to resolve real estate lease issues as needed
Manage Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Director, Global Real Estate
QUALIFICATIONS:
7+ years of relevant experience in corporate real estate and contract management at a highly competent level with a global portfolio greater than 100 sites
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
Experience working with largest Philippines office and mall operators
Documented experience in administration of lease portfolios, including payables
Experience with FASB lease accounting rules and reporting requirements
Demonstrated knowledge and interpretation of commercial lease language
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, and business math proficiency
