Essential Job Functions "What You'll Do": Verify and update lead contact data aligned with customer lead campaign requirements. Maintain high quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
Confirm and update lead records through online research, email validation and phone verification
Enter accurate phone disposition for every phone verification effort
Achieve/exceed daily, weekly and monthly processing and performance KPIs
Complete your daily lead queue with accuracy and urgency
Respond quickly to Senior QC Analysts and Lead QA Team Leader concerns, correct errors, and adjust performance to avoid repeating errors
Provide process improvement suggestions to Lead QA Team Leaders
Adhere to the company's rules and regulations
Other tasks as requested
Essential Qualifications "What You'll Need":
College Level
Quality assurance, data research
Follow defined guidelines and instructions
Analytical
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Attention to detail is critical

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Amenable to work on a Night-Shift Schedule (Monday- Friday, 9:00PM-6AM)
