This is a Managerial position and would require you to manage and grow our existing marketing team of 8 people. We are looking for a generalist with a doer’s attitude who will be required to “get things done” using their experience across various domains of marketing.
Our team currently consists of the following sub teams:
Content Marketing - MarCom engine helping us pursue a content-led marketing strategy
Product Marketing - engine working closely on messaging and positioning along with Product and Sales, and coupling it with strategy to drive higher deal conversion and upselling
Demand Generation - engine driving lead generation for Sales using various strategies
Marketing Operations - engine helping Marketing and Sales achieve their goals using research, tools and processes
We expect you to come with a fair (even if broad) understanding and experience in all these domains so you can tackle on ground challenges being faced by the teams and help them achieve their goals. That said, you will be closely supported by our Management and Marketing Consultant to bring all this to life.
We follow Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach at Wobot AI. Hence, a prior understanding and exposure to ABM execution will be an advantage (not mandatory)
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in a B2B Marketing role, with a doer's attitude.
Prior experience in SaaS products will be an added advantage.
Understanding of Product-Led Growth Strategy for different customer segments.
Ability to thrive in startups with a fast-paced environment and take ownership for working through ambiguity.
