The Lead Process Analyst will directly report to Talent Acquisition Director for APAC and will specialize in working with key businesses to work on projects designed to improve quality, reduce errors, and craft new business processes for the Talent Acquisition department. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a confident presence, strong support analytics, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Lead Process Analyst duties and accountabilities:
Define strategies, objectives, project scope, and business requirements for various new or improved projects in Talent Acquisition Department and facilitate the successful rollout and adoption of new systems, processes, etc.
Creation of process documentation or workflows for service operations
Current state mapping of existing processes and address the gaps identified by proposing new process improvements
Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement
Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
Work with cross-functional departments for the creation of new processes, detailing of existing processes, and see opportunities for improvements
Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels
Qualifications & Skills:
At least 7 years of experience related work experience specializing in handling projects related to Talent Acquisition processes
Self-starter with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Solid verbal/written communication skills
Proficient in identifying areas for improvement in processes, tools, and techniques and the ability to follow through on implementing these improvements.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and enjoys collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction
Must be a strong leader who is a highly upbeat and motivated team player.
