The purpose of this position is to analyze, design, develop, test, document, and implement solutions in meeting customer requirements. Communicates with customer and company personnel in the coordination and installation of operating system and software package patches. This position involves the deployment and support of the tools needed to support the service and add efficiencies to the business. Participates in the preparation of specifications and design of customer's and companies business solutions. Creates and delivers appropriate training programs to customer and company personnel.
Analyze business and technical requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
Coordinate between internal teams and client teams to ensure effective delivery of services with the aid of various tools
Evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider factors such as cost, portability, compatibility, or usability.
Develops project plans, provides direction and coordinates project activities associated with the installation, evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of operating system and software package patches.
Integrates new software into current system and tests extensively to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Assists in the development of training material for new and existing applications. Assists in training of company and customer personnel in these applications.
Remains knowledgeable of current and new technology by researching technical materials, attending seminars, and training classes, and consulting with personnel from other industries.
Establishes and maintains open communications focusing on business needs as they relate to assigned projects.
Actively participates in and supports the Corporate Quality Program in meeting customer requirements, recognizing that everyone is responsible for quality, nurtures quality activities and results in meeting or exceeding established quality strategy, goals, and objectives.

Minimum qualification: (Working environment, Physical demands, Travel, Office vs. field)
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Software, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience of 4 years related industry experience in lieu of degree
6+ years experiences in IT
Experience with ITIL based ticketing systems; ServiceNow would be highly desired.
Skill in and understanding of applicable software programs.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to provide leadership to a cross function team.
Demonstrated competence in most phases of system analysis and knowledge of pertinent system software, computer equipment, work processes, and application regulations.
Demonstrated sensitivity for the feelings and needs of others with the ability to obtain cooperation and participation of individuals and groups.
Commitment to building strong internal and external customer relationships.
Able to travel, not to exceed 20% of the time

Stand or Sit (Stationary Position) must be able to remain in a stationary position 75 percent of the time.
Walk (Move, Traverse) occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, attend meetings, etc.
Use hands/fingers (Operate, activate equipment) constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as calculator, copy machine, computer printer.
Talk/Hear (communicate, written/verbal) frequently communicates with other peers, management, clients and auditors regarding internal controls. Must be able to exchange clear, accurate information in these situations.
See (Perceive, identify, inspect, estimate) must be able to assess errors, identify deficiencies, and work with processes to remediate any weaknesses.
Lift/Carry (Move, Install, Remove) minimal lifting of daily office equipment or supplies up to 25 pounds - copier paper, files, etc.
