As a , you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development initiatives of the organization. You will be responsible for Your expertise will contribute to the growth and development of employees by facilitating effective training programs and maintaining accurate training records.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Training Program Management:
.Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and develop training programs.
.Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling venues, arranging necessary equipment, and ensuring participant registrations.
.Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, and resources.
.Communicate training schedules, updates, and reminders to employees and stakeholders.
.Monitor and evaluate training programs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
2.Learning and Development Administration:
.Maintain accurate records of employee training and certifications using HR information systems (HRIS) or other relevant tools.
.Ensure compliance with training requirements, track mandatory training completion, and provide reports as needed.
.Assist in the coordination of external training programs, including vendor management, registration, and payment processing.
.Support the implementation of e-learning platforms and maintain online training resources.
.Respond to inquiries from employees regarding training programs, policies, and procedures.
3.Employee Development Support:
.Assist in the development and implementation of career development initiatives.
.Coordinate mentoring programs, coaching sessions, and other employee development activities.
.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and managers to identify individual development needs and recommend appropriate training interventions.
.Support the performance management process by providing training-related data and insights.
4.Communication and Collaboration:
.Communicate and promote learning and development programs to employees through various channels.
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
.Liaise with external training providers, consultants, and vendors as required.
.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in learning and development administration or a similar HR role.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and HRIS platforms.
Flexible time schedule .if needed.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining training records.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Knowledge of learning and development principles, adult learning methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
