Lead Generation: Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly, follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics, keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way, meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Sales Support: back-office administration duties such as maintaining accurate and compliant files for all transactions, scheduling home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assisting in negotiations regarding repairs. Calmly provide conflict resolution and navigate frustrated customer situations
Real-Estate Prospecting: Appointment Setting, cold calling, inbound call answering, mail campaign
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
With at least 2 years Outbound Sales/Lead Generation experience
With experience in voice, chat and email support are a plus
Knowledge with Real Estate is a huge advantage
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work on night shift, shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
Willing to work onsite
