Our client is a boutique Digital Marketing Agency situated in Melbourne, Australia, with a primary emphasis on lead generation. They operate across the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
They are currently in search of an experienced media buyer who possesses expertise in Meta ads, AdWords, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok to join their team.
About the role
The focus of this role will be setting up, creating and monitoring the ads across our client's paid platforms for their clients, as well as creating and implementing effective ad campaigns to drive quality leads and inquiries.
This position will work closely with our client's team, sharing insights and ideas, and effectively plan growth strategies for their clients. The ideal person for this role is someone who has a great attention to detail, understands how to optimise ads to maximise ad spend and knows how to create highly engaging campaigns to bring in qualified leads.
Because of the diversity and depth of this role, our client requires an experienced media buyer who can confidently identify opportunities, initiate and implement ideas and see them through to reach their client's goals.
They want someone confident in their abilities and can deliver the results needed with minimal guidance.
You must be highly proficient in English.
Roles and responsibilities of the job:
Report lead data/insights across the team and client
Collaborate with our team to establish priorities and key growth paths for the client
Provide weekly updates and reports to management
Suggest and perform analysis of landing pages, A/B tests, audiences, segments, ads, and creatives to achieve the highest possible ROI for our clients.
Have strong creative and copywriting skills
Constantly review and monitor all paid platforms to ensure optimal performance
Launch and manage effective advertising campaigns across multiple paid channels as required essentially meeting our new customer and retention goals.
Analyse marketing data to improve conversion rates
Must have the capacity to manage multiple clients and meet tight project deadlines
Requirements
Min 3 years of experience as a media buyer (Meta Ads and/or Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, LinkedIn)
Must have experience handling up to 8-15 clients/projects at any given time.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good copywriting and creative skills. Can use CANVA to produce images and video creatives.
High-level understanding of how funnels work would be great. Knowledge using GoHighLevel is a bonus.
Ability to manage high-stress situations
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously. Time management is important.
Big-picture thinking and vision
Must be highly proficient in English.
Attention to detail is KEY
