The Research Assistant is responsible for calling up and generating leads, nurturing, conducting lead follow up and building prospect relationships to move the opportunities through the sales funnel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build prospect relationship by initiating communication, identify the needs and challenges and determine prospect's interests
• Contact new leads derived from lists, emails, social media, referrals and other lead source via email and outbound phone calls
• Set up, schedule and book meetings for the Business Development Team
• Conduct follow up via all channels to move the opportunities through the sales funnel
• Track and prospect Follow Up at regular intervals as per sales cycle
• Track and nurture unqualified prospects for future opportunities
• Take part in daily/weekly/monthly meetings and routine training
• Meet and exceed KPI targets set by the Client
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Years of experience working in Lead Generation/Business Development preferred
• At least 3 years of Outbound sales, Lead generation and/or appointment setting experience preferred
• Goal-oriented and results-driven with ability to meet and exceed targets/KPIs
• Experience with CRM, Office365 and LinkedIn/Social Media preferred
• Excellent communication skills, phone manner and ability to relate to customers
• Honest, self-motivated and passionate to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Delivers positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward prospects and customers at all times.
