Job Overview: Tontine is hiring a Lead Generation Manager in the Philippines to join our sales team! You'll be responsible for researching prospective clients, qualifying and contacting leads via email/phone, and daily reporting of your metrics. The ideal candidate is a half-entrepreneur, half-marketer: analytical, intrinsically motivated, process-driven, and determined to drive results against all odds.
Role:
Research prospective clients and leads using Hunter, Snov, Apollo, Instagram, Crunchbase, and more.
Identify and analyze potential challenges and opportunities with our prospective clients.
Outbound calls to educate business owners on the amazing opportunities provided by Tontine.
Communicate information over the phone and through email about our services and benefits.
Provide quality leads and key information to our U.S.-based Sales Team.
Build and maintain sustainable relationships with our prospective clients.
Create daily reports on key metrics, such as emails sent, conversion rate, etc. with the goal of analyzing and optimizing productivity around business needs and monthly KPIs.
Requirements * Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university (Marketing, Business, Economics, STEM, or related analytics fields)
3+ years of marketing experience at a high-growth company/agency
Extremely sharp attention to details; you can catch mistakes in copy even without the help of Grammarly
Can thrive in ambiguity and can develop repeatable processes; you don't get overwhelmed by a lack of clear direction at all times
Exceptional time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities; an innovative thinker and a collaborative team player
Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends (if necessary)
Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English
Prior experience with HubSpot preferred
