About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation / Business Development Assistant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Australian companies, preferably within the ICT / Managed Services sector. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, supporting business development activities, and setting appointments with prospective clients.
 
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and qualify potential business opportunities within the ICT / Managed Services industry.
Build and maintain a database of qualified leads.
Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and other channels to engage prospects.
Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and communications in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
Background working with Australian companies is required.
Experience in the ICT / Managed Services sector is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Comfortable with outbound calling and appointment setting.
Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
