YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE
As a Lead Generation / Appointment Setter, you will focus on researching target businesses, making high-volume cold calls, identifying decision-makers, and setting discovery meetings. Ideal candidates are driven, communicative, and passionate about sales development.
 
YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE
Sales Management
Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and high-volume cold calling.
Engage potential clients over the phone with clear, persuasive, and professional communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client information in the database.
Organize and prioritize multiple sales activities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Demonstrate persistence and professionalism when handling objections or rejection.
Support business growth by identifying opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics industries (knowledge of these sectors is a plus).
Administration
Record and monitor daily call activities using the Call Tracker.
Schedule and manage appointments through Outlook Web.
Maintain and update the Sales Quote Register regularly.
Update and manage data in the Expedient System.
Internal Control
Ensure that Operations adheres to the standard process and would report any deviation from the standard policies/process set by the business.
Adheres to all company policies.
Safety
Exercises due diligence in all safety related matters through maintaining active communication with employees and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) representatives.
Acceptance and adherence to COR (Chain of Responsibility)
Takes proactive steps to minimise risks and injuries.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has at least 3 years related experience in lead generation and appointment setting
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative.
Exceptional communication skills with a native English accent, capable of engaging and persuading various stakeholders.
Experience managing high volumes of outbound calls and successfully navigating to reach key decision-makers.
Familiarity with VoIP technologies and comfortable using them for daily communications.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Willing to work onsite in CEBU (Day Shift!)
