LEAD DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (PHILIPPINES)

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare-related sales or lead generation.
In-depth understanding of healthcare industry dynamics is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex healthcare solutions.
Familiarity with healthcare-specific CRM software and lead management tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare-focused team.
Willingness to work in the Cebu office and adapt to U.S. business hours.
Strong organizational and time management skills

Your Role:
Will be setting appointments and engaging early-stage leads driving on demo appointments
Building relationships with potential clients to identify their needs and determine how the company's products or services might meet those needs
Conducting research on potential markets for products or services offered by the company
Meeting with prospective clients to discuss their business needs and determine how the company's products or services might be used to meet those needs
Explaining the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that all aspects of the sale are handled appropriately
Following up with clients after initial meetings to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase or service experience
Performing any other responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
