We are seeking a hungry and motivated Lead Concierge with a passion for travel and improving the lives of others
Location: Remote, reporting to the US
Hours: 48 hrs per week (Full-time)
Able to work in Asian Business hours, 6-7 days per week

Our client has built an extensive network of global travel partners that give them access to booking methods and inventory not available to the public largely through arbitraging credit card miles and points.
Since 2017, their clients have been happy to return to the company for its excellence in customer service, follow through and top notch execution in even the most last minute of travel needs.
Responsibilities...
Being uber-responsive to emails, WhatsApp messages, and Telegram messages.
Searching and booking flights for clientsSales and acquiring clients for flights and consulting
Managing/growing their supply of miles and points
Content Marketing
Requirements
Advanced level of English
Dealing directly with consumers via email, sms, or chat app
Personal international travel experience
Churning credit cards, optimizing personal miles and points
Travel industry experience
Enjoys and spends lots of time on their phone
It's a bonus if you...
Have a deep understanding of the Customer Success function or similar relationship-building teams
Have experience with Consumer enterprise products
Have experience working on PLG (product-led-growth) based products and paywall conversion
