Qualifications:
Experiences as Chef in restaurant
Control all the kitchen staff and its equipment.
European cuisine
American cuisine
Fusion cuisine
Portfolio is needed during interview
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree / College Degree, Food and Beverage Service Management or Equivalent.
At least 3 years relevant experience in a hotel / resort or restaurant
Must have skills in European Cuisine, American Cuisine and Fusion Cuisine
Knowledge in food hygiene and sanitation
Can work under pressure in fast paced environment
Strong Leadership
Salary of 30k-90k (based on skills and experiences)
