Lead Cashier Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and professional Lead Cashier to join our team and manage our cashiers. This position will be responsible for supervising cashiers, ensuring customer service is of the highest standard, and providing guidance and training to cashiers. In addition, the Lead Cashier will handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
Lead Cashier Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise cashiers and ensure that customer service is of the highest standard
Train and mentor cashiers on customer service and cash handling procedures
Monitor cash registers and ensure accuracy of transactions
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service and resolve any issues that may arise
Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing duties
Assist with inventory management and stocking shelves
Lead Cashier Requirements and Qualifications
College Graduate (4yrs any course)
Willing to be assigned in (ORTIGAS, PASIG CITY)
Previous experience as a cashier and/or experience in a supervisory role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures
Able to use a point-of-sale system
