Job Description
The position requires having team handling skills, coaching skills and managing customer escalation. Candidate should have customer service skills, very strong communication skills and negotiation skills as the job revolves around conversing with the customers' basis their ability to pays and collection of their utility bills and setting up payment plan for the customer. The candidate should be able to provide floor support and assist the team with their queries and handle customer's escalations.
Qualifications
Minimum Academic Qualification (Degree) : College Graduate
Minimum Work Experience (in months/years) : Minimum of 2-3 years experience in either a call centre or insurance for Voice Support
System working knowledge required : Computer Literate
Any additional criteria : Utilities experience preferred
