FILINVEST COMPANY: SHAREPRO, INC.Job Summary:To provide rawland studies and master plans mainly for horizontal projects but not excluding MRBDuties and Responsibilities:
Provide assistance during rawland acquisition by providing plans, technical assessment and development cost (MRB and Subdivision projects).
To submit plans for timely permit application, marketing collateral's, bidding and construction, as well as FREBAS prerequisites for project uploading (Land Development, Amenities, Buildings and Housing)
Provide technical assistance for various outsourced projects assigned by FDC .
Provide technical support (plans and budget) for repair / rehabilitation works.
Create design standards & methodologies for each project type and per market segment. Review and update existing design standards to address previous issues and be at par with the latest industry trends.
Reduce project costs thru value engineering, Implement standard design and cost estimates (using BIM output) Housing and MRB, Frequent checking of new products, methodologies and services that can be used in FLI projects for possible cost savings and advantages.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture or equivalent.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction or equivalent.
