Support HR Business Partner and People experience team in driving the performance management culture transformation
Understand functional talent bench strengths, gaps (existing or potential) and design relevant programs to address the talent and business needs
Partner with cross-functional teams (HR and Operations) to integrate a long-term career management strategy including critical roles and talent gaps identification, and solutions follow through
Partner with Business Intelligence team to assess impact to the HR operations of process automation, restructuring programs such as integration, streamlining, and work expansion- addressing business needs for changes and completing defined project/program timelines and deliverables
Enable people leaders in driving key employee lifecycle interventions that support the organizational transformation agenda

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organization Development, or related field
At least 5 years of progressive HR business partnering or organizational development experience
Strong background in organizational design, talent development, and change management
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
