About the Team & Business Line:
The Intelligent Automation Lead for CitcoRecs will be a key member of the Intelligent Automation (IA) team and will play an integral role in designing and delivering automated processes within the organization's reconciliation tools for the Citco Group. The CitcoRecs division of Intelligent Automation is a specialized team who perform analytics, identify efficiencies, mitigate risk, and maintain Citco's competitive advantages in the industry. CitcoRecs is Citco's strategic reconciliation utility which is phasing out ART/Lens. The Lead will work with the Business Process Optimization (BPO) teams and business unit representatives to optimize and digitize operational processes in order to deliver bottom-line results for Citco.
About Intelligent Automation Team
The Intelligent Automation (IA) is multi-skilled team charged with identifying, building and deploying operational solutions leveraging a suite of emerging technologies, such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Robotics Process Automation, Business Process Management, Reconciliation Tools, APIs and Automation.
Your Role:
Assist with migration of clients from legacy (ART/Lens) systems to CitcoRecs
Create innovative reconciliation solutions
Assess business processes for transformation and/or automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new initiatives and refine existing processes that drive efficiencies
Create business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation
Lead discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions and assess feasibility
Perform or review all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing and testing solutions, from execution to change management
Maintain project reporting and project plans used for senior management reporting
Own solution design documents clearly articulating as-is and to-be states
Review other team members documentation
Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions
Work with stakeholders to rollout solutions to target teams/offices
Mentor new employees on Intelligent Automation projects and processes
Review product backlog maintenance and grooming to ensure projects are managed effectively
Lead Scrum stand-ups, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings
Ensure takeaways from retrospectives are implemented
Establish best practices/industry standards while designing solutions
Weekend testing will be required for releases (new functionality, bugs, enhancements, upgrades); generally one or two releases are scheduled per quarter

About You:
4+ years of experience in Financial Services with an exposure to Project Management
Undergrad degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral, and the ability to capture a diverse audience
Subject matter expert on Reconciliation processes and systems; well versed in financial instruments (both theoretical and practical application within AExeo and Reconciliation tools)
Experience working on small or large projects (migrations, implementations, etc.)
Ability to multitask to effectively manage competing priorities and efficiently allocate tasks
Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems
Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral, and the ability to capture a diverse audience
Ability to work independently and in teams
Assets:
Experience with SmartStream TLM Recs Premium
Experience implementing tactical Reconciliation Solutions
Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage projects
Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation, process flows and wireframes to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements.
Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents.
