The Compensation and Benefits Manager plans to organize, direct, and control all specialized HR functions related to compensation and benefits. The job includes attendance and participation in various fora to ensure alignment and up-to-date knowledge in compensation and benefits design and administration Key Responsibilities: Performs competitive analysis of market data vis--vis existing company programs and reports findings and recommendations to the HR Director. Designs compensation and benefits strategies and guidelines consistent with business needs. Creates implementation strategies, i. e., tools, communications, and training of managers and employees across the organization. Manages the submission of regulatory and compliance reports. Conducts periodic performance appraisals of direct staff. Promotes and adheres to Company's commitment to corporate social responsibility Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Engineering, Accounting, or similar field Minimum of 15 years as an HR practitioner in compensation and benefits administration In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits market data Strong analytical and attention to details For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
