Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Supervisor in the Philippines, the position shall assume a lead position for a team that will carry out activities not limited to balance sheet reconciliation, G/L account reconciliation and analysis, and statutory state reporting for the different Accounting processes in support of the requirements from the US Home Office.
Minimum Qualifications:·
A Certified Public Accountant is required.
Has at least five (5) years of experience in a related field of work or general accounting;
Has solid experience in general accounting, AR/AP, accounts reconciliation financial statements reparation, and analysis.
Has an exposure in management reporting, not required but good to have.
Has experience in handling a team regardless of the size.
A relevant experience in accounting audit is an advantage;
Has an above-average verbal and written communication skills;
Has good analytical skills, keen to details, results-driven, organized, and can multi-task;
Has a positive behavior that fits the team;
Preferably with experience in a company that provides business support or accounting services to a foreign corporate accounting office.
Proficiency to learn and use an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application;
Proficient in using MS Excel.
