The purpose of this role is to retain and grow the revenue of existing customer base through proactive touchpoint activities with assigned Book of Business of existing customers. This role requires strong sales skills and an ability to execute on disciplined product and marketing campaigns.
Accountabilities:
1, Meet telesales team objectives including call rates, conversion rates, campaign deadlines, lead qualification, customer data management and revenue targets.
2. Manage an existing book of business (i.e. in charge of renewing customers with existing contracts)
3. Drive prospecting and retention initiatives.
4. Follow up and qualification of new sales leads.
5. Actively enrich customer database and contact information.
6. Acquire new customers and deliver new business revenue through actively hunting whitespace and executing strategic sales campaigns.
7. Effectively identify and develop qualified sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline using prescribed sales methodology

Other Qualifications/Requirements:
2-5 years of telesales sales experience, minimum 2 years sales experience within a prominent organization where solution and consultative selling approaches were used is critical.
Great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work independently and as a team
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Experience in a corporate sales environment preferred
Ability to communicate and negotiate with staff at all levels within a law firm is essential.
Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to provide information to customers in a clear, concise, courteous, polite and professional manner
Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes
Strong time management skills
