Job Description
Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures, report accidents, and maintain a secure working environment. Follow guidelines for hazardous material management and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assign tasks to hourly employees, ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality standards. Train staff on company values, job responsibilities, and safety protocols while serving as a role model.
Oversee laundry processing, including inspecting and managing damaged items, conducting inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the laundry area. Collaborate with management to improve departmental performance.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Previous supervisory experience in laundry operations or a related field, with a strong understanding of safety and quality standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to provide clear instructions and effectively interact with team members and management.
Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
