Your day-to-day in a nutshell
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Requirements:
At least HS Graduates (old curriculum) or SHS Graduates (new curriculum)
Excellent English communication skills
Computer savvy
With at least 1 YR of customer-facing experience
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
1 year of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Customer service, Decision making, Customer Support, Information technology
