This is the unique structure that Sandoz Philippines has, both covering Traditional Generics, Biosimilars, Value Added Medicines, while ensuring Patient Access. As a Launch Manager, your role is essential in realizing and ensuring that medicines in the launch pipeline are made commercially available the soonest possible. As the local point person you will be owning the Launch Excellence process in Sandoz Philippines, coordinating with various manufacturing sites in Sandoz and Novartis globally, working closely with Regulatory, Supply Chain, QA, Finance, and Commercial to ensure early and timely availability and access to meaningful medicines. Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Leads and drives the entire launch excellence process.
Conducts monthly launch readiness with cross-functional launch team com-posed of DRA, QA, SCM, Finance and Marketing
Conducts regular launch alignment meetings with BD&L on PPL new products
Assist the Portfolio & Launch Manager and BD&L in preparing and conducting Portfolio Workshops with PPL Partners.
Secures on time SPC approval for launches in the Sandoz Brands business and
provides launch readiness updates to the Portfolio and Launch Manager (and SEC as necessary)
Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in BS Pharmacy or any related Science course.
At least three (3) years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience and understanding of the Generics Market is an advantage .
Proficient in English and Tagalog.
Regulatory work experience is an advantage .
Customer-oriented, excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with project management skills and willing to work in the field (outside of office) .
