Salary range: Php16,000 - Php19,000 per month

WORK FROM THE COMFORTS OF YOUR HOME!*
*The Language Coach new hire is expected to work from home for the mean time due to COVID. Once everything is back to normal, the Language Coach new hire will be expected to report in either our IT Park or JY offices in Cebu.
General Description: The Language Coach is responsible in improving the written and spoken English of all MGHosting team members: PH, India and US.
Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Meditab QM Team with regarding phone call scores
Review MG Hosting calls for spoken English
Review Ticket Responses for written English
Able to score and develop points of improvement for team members based of reviews
Schedule one-on-one calls with PH and India team members for language improvements
Requirements:
A BS or BA degree in any program
High English Proficiency
ESL or QA Experience a plus
Familiar with Google Workspace
Must prefer to work in graveyard shift (10PM-7AM PHT)
Residence in, or willingness to relocate to, Cebu City
