Job Description
Be part of our client's team as a CRO Project Manager, where youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality assurance of analytics, tag managers, and pixel tracking. Youll collaborate on Google Analytics tracking, prepare weekly agendas, and facilitate communication among teams. Additionally, youll contribute by managing internal design and engineering tickets, enhancing project efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive digital innovation and make a lasting impact on our clients projects.

Employment type: Full time
Shift: Night
Work setup: Permanent Work from Home
Take charge of the following day-to-day executional tasks
Quality Assurance of analytics, tag managers, and pixel tracking (Google Analytics or other tools)
Google Tag Manager tickets
Google Analytics Tracking / Quality Assurance
Confirming and Auditing that Conversion Goals, pixels, and scripts are setup and are tracking accurately
Weekly agenda/slide preparation alongside other team members
Execute Post-weekly call action items (agreed upon with client), related to production
Build and submit internal design and engineering tickets/tasks for landing page builds and variations
Relaying completed tickets to the client for approval as well as back to our engineering and design teams with feedback/changes required
Qualifications Needed
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail, ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Excellent project management skills and ability to self-manage time and work schedule
Positive, flexible, and well-organized to thrive in a fast-moving environment and meet challenging deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong working relationships
Nice to Haves:
Ability to efficiently analyze data for insights and generate hypotheses for fast iteration testing, optimizing for ROI
Experience using web analytics tools (ex: Google Analytics)
Familiarity with A/B testing tools (ex: Google Optimize, VWO, AB Tasty, Optimizely, etc.)
