-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
-At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably 5 yearrs & up experienced employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
-The Land Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for (a) identifying property locations that meet the
company's requirements and strategic growth plan, and (b) negotiating purchase or lease terms for
acquisition of the same.
-Research and determine whether intended use is permitted under local zoning.
-Work closely with in house legal counsel to draft letter of intent and provide all necessary deal points to
generate a purchase and sale agreement.
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in property acquisition field
-Knowledge and experience of land use, zoning process and use permit applications
-Knowledgeable about transfer of LAND TITLES and LAND ACQUISITIONS
