livelihood opportunities through our Vehicle Ownership Program for Lalamove Business and driver support via
our online driver marketplace, LalaMall.
We are looking for a highly driven Assistant Operations Manager who will help the General Operations Manager
in expanding the business operations by launching the Vehicle Leasing program. He/She will be responsible for
developing and implementing the leasing process to achieve business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
Implement the leasing design model developed by the business to ensure continuous growth and profitability
Negotiate with potential partners competitive leasing packages and rates
Build the leasing team including interviewing applicants, training new team members, coaching for performance and conducting employee performance reviews
Manage the daily leasing business operations including monitoring standard operating procedures
Assist in the supervision of the sales team to ensure productivity and targets are consistently met
Work hand in hand with the Sales Lead to evaluate current sales and operational strategies and recommend actionable ways to drive continuous improvement and growth
Draw up reports and analysis regarding business operations and present during regular business review/meetings
Assume duties of the General Operations Manager in cases of absences or emergency
Requirements:
Experience of not less than 2 years in a management capacity
Experience in handling vehicle leasing and/or financing
Sound knowledge of various sales strategies and data analysis/reporting including systems and tools
Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities
Experience in handling partnerships is an advantage
Willing to work in Quezon City
