our online driver marketplace, LalaMall.
We are looking for a highly driven Assistant Vehicle Sales Manager who will manage the day to day operations of
Brand New and Used Car Sales. His/Her responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, training
and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, and increasing team morale.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and ensure sales targets are consistently met
Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees
Supervise and guide the sales team as well as provide incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets
Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities
Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules
Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements
Generate operational reports/data analysis for management
Build and maintain good working relationships with partner dealers, banks and financial institutions
Attend regularl sales meetings and present performance and key action items to sustain/improve
Perform all duties of the General Operations Manager in cases of absence or emergency
Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of experience managing sales operations team
Proven experience in sales and client management
Knowledge of various sales strategies and data analysis/reporting including systems and tools
Experience in business development and/or supplier relationship management
Effective leadership and people management skills
Strong communication skills
Willing to work in Quezon City
