Audits signout process and accuracy of patient and DOH reports;
Recommends workflow enhancement and cost saving strategies.
Five years' experience in managing clinical laboratory operations
Proven leadership skills, problem solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, successful coaching and team-building, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proficient with laboratory information systems, word processing and spreadsheets
Familiar with Quality Management Systems and their requirements for training and documentation.
Experience with sterile technique and molecular biology is highly desirable
Experience with automated serology analyzers desirable
Bachelor's degree in medical technology from an accredited institution.
