Receives supplier samples, maintains the inventory and informs stakeholders for replenishment. Receives various material deliveries other than supplier samples such as equipment, furniture, utensils, raw and packaging materials needed for lab operations. Prepares samples requested by salespeople including gate pass preparation. Helps Application Technologist during laboratory batch trials. Assists Application Technologist during cleaning and sanitizing of laboratory equipment. Helps maintain the cleanliness, quality, and safety of the laboratory. Ensures enough stocks of PPE, cleaning, and sanitizing supplies. Maintains calibration and maintenance records of all lab equipment and alerts application lab manager for scheduling of calibration. Performs periodic inventory of lab equipment, utensils and raw materials as required (at least 2x) QUALIFICATION Must have at least 2-3 years of experience to Lab Aid Strong analytical skills Good customer orientation Interpersonal understanding Achievement drive and initiative Business and market know-how Accustomed to working in an international environment.
