We are looking for a L3 Support with SQL for our French client, who deals with the production of various types of glasses as well as cooperation with opticians. Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision. Responsibilities: As L3 Support you will be communicating solutions effectively via email, phone calls, and ticket updates; You will be handling domain crises with ad hoc communication for high business impacts; You will be proactively preventing incidents through code suggestions, propose solutions, and follow up on problem resolution; You will be coding and developing solutions, designing procedures for Ticket resolution at L1 and L2 levels; You will be training L1 & L2 teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning; You will be maintaining comprehensive documentation for seamless knowledge transfer; You will be skillfully managing changes in the production environment. Requirements: 3+ years experience as L3 Support; Work in a hybrid set up (3 day onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 day WFH); Customer-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills; Expert knowledge in computer science, applications, operating systems, software, file standards, and data transmission procedures; Regularly update your knowledge to stay at the forefront of industry trends; Proficiency in Windows, UNIX (Mandatory), Linux, Script languages, and SQL (Mandatory); Experience managing multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, highly technical environment; Familiarity with ticketing systems; Additional expertise in Oracle 11g (Mandatory), Linux Redhat 5.3 (Optional), Windows 2008 R2 (basic), ASP (mandatory for one team member), Javascript, GENIO RT (Mandatory), and SQL Developer (mandatory); ITIL certified in Request, Incident, Problem, Knowledge Management, and Change.
