The Level 2 Voice Engineer is responsible for managing level 1, and 2 troubleshooting for core emPOWER Voice solutions and customer voice deployments. Key technology skills required are across Voice over IP(VOIP) protocol as well as some switching and routing skills
Requirements

Knowledge and experience supporting VoIP and UC solutions such as Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, IPFX, Avaya, Cisco Call Manager
Knowledge and experience with PBX features (call flows, call routing, scheduled night service, auto-attendant, voicemail to email, etc.)
Knowledge of SIP protocol, SIP trunking, and call routing
Excellent troubleshooting experience with the ability to handle and resolve Voice and UC related issues
Experience implementing and/or supporting video/web conferencing solutions
Essential - One or more relevant industry certifications
Desirable - Tertiary Education, e.g. Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's Degree.
Desirable - CCNA Voice
Education:
Extensive experience with nationally recognised service providers. Previous experience in supporting SMB/SME's would be highly regarded.
Relevant industry experience:
5 year's experience supporting L1/L2 Voice related issues
Knowledge and experience supporting VoIP and UC solutions such as Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, IPFX, Avaya, Cisco Call Manager
