To manage our customers systems infrastructure according to the satisfaction of our customers in line with our contractual commitments.
To provide excellence in Customer Service skills and communication, ensuring customer satisfaction.
To ensure the operational integrity of the systems infrastructure managed on behalf of the company's managed customers.
To be a systems infrastructure technician (Level 2) within Company's Infrastructure Services Centre Systems Team.
To stay up to date with systems and security technologies and trends within the industry, ensuring solutions utilised are suited to the technologies supported by Company.
To ensure Company's are meeting its obligations regarding Service Levels, performance and configurations.
To provide an appropriate response to customer IT issues and prompt resolution of systems incidents and service requests
Requirements
Managing Company's customer's systems infrastructure - monitoring, reporting and maintaining systems and security Infrastructure as required.
Provide first & second level technical systems infrastructure support as escalated from the service desk or direct from the customer.
Resolve incidents and service requests for systems related tickets.
Be available to take phone calls for escalated enquiries or tickets.
Perform onsite maintenance and troubleshooting when required.
Complete patching and firmware updates after hours for all our customers systems infrastructure.
Adhere to Incident, Problem and Change Management processes as per Company's/customer standards (ITIL Framework).
Create and maintain technical documentation for customer environments.
Provide after hours on-call assistance and/or escalation on a rotating basis.
Attend customer meetings when required.
