About Us:GECO Philippines, part of the GECO Asia Group of Companies, is a specialist IT Consulting Services company with headquarters in Singapore and two delivery centers in the Philippines.Position: L2 Application SupportKey ResponsibilitiesIncident ManagementResolve incidents escalated from L1 support.Perform root cause analysis and provide workarounds or solutions.Escalate to L3 support when required.Communicate directly with end users as necessary.Problem ManagementInvestigate recurring issues and document root causes.Implement corrective and preventive actions.Recommend changes as needed to prevent future incidents.Change ManagementIdentify incidents or problems requiring change requests.Ensure proper execution and documentation of approved changes.Administrative and ReportingConduct daily monitoring of service deliverables.Ensure compliance with CMMI standards.Prepare necessary reports and documentation.Teamwork and Knowledge SharingCollaborate with the Domain Lead, L1/L3 support teams, and other internal stakeholders.Assist in knowledge transfer activities.Support service continuity initiatives.Learning and DevelopmentContinuously expand knowledge of business processes, systems, and technologies.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience)ExperienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in L2 Application SupportBackground in incident, problem, and change managementSkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience using ticketing systemsCustomer-oriented with strong English communication skillsDesirable TraitsProfessional, resourceful, and team-orientedStrong attention to detailFast learner and able to work under pressureWork ConditionsMay require shifting schedules, extended hours, and occasional travelWhy Join Us?
