Responsibilities:
First answer point for telephone lodged tickets
Initial analysis of any email generated ticket
Confirm details, triage ticket, request further information etc
Manage ageing tickets - follow up "waiting for customer" tickets etc
Maybe do some troubleshooting on basic peripherals such as headsets etc
Monitoring of Ticket health
IT Ticket dispatching
Requirements
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience as an L1 Helpdesk Engineer
Experienced in Ticketing Systems ( Autotask or Connectweiss preferred)
Experienced in VOIP Systems such as 8x8/3CX/Mitel
Desktop Support for Windows 7/8.1/10
Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2/2016 exposure
Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online exposure
Shift: 6:30am - 3:30 PM ;Mondays-Friday
