About the Team & Business Line:
Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to best of breed process and technology.
As a core member of our Centralized Client-Onboarding and Maintenance team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across banking services.
Your Role:
The Account Manager manages and controls the daily deliverables of the team members to meet business and regulatory expectations around the maintenance of Clients' data and the identification documents at onboarding of Clients and during the life cycle of the Clients. The Account Manager is responsible to ensure team members adhere to the accuracy of data processing and documents upload into core application. The Account Manager performs control on the output of the Junior KYC\AML Officers and KYC Officers, together "team members".
In addition, the Account Manager is responsible for meeting the key performance indicators and accurate management reporting, both on individual and team level. The Account Manager maintains contact with internal stakeholders within CCOB. * You will serve as point of contact for CCOB managers globally
You will manage the team members and the deliverables of the individuals to ensure deadlines are met
You will provide clear instructions to team members and ensure instructions are appropriately executed
You will provide daily support and guidance to team members in order to meet operational standards
You will provide direction to team members with regard to CDD related queries
You will perform quality assurance on the output of team members
You will monitor and manage queues and pending deliverable on a daily basis
You will monitor productivity of team members
You will liaise with internal key stakeholders on CDD related tasks
You will perform various ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as contribution to the effective design of the processes and workflows, implementation and maintenance thereof
You will respond to emails and phone calls of internal stakeholders
You will participate and contribute in the continuous development of the department
You will take-on projects and ad-hoc tasks related to operational and technical aspects of CDD
You will provide regular and accurate updates on tasks and deliverables through KPIs and management reporting
Your tasks will be performed within the given policies, procedures, guidelines and service level agreements
About You:
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Legal or Business Administration
You have at least three years experience with Know Your Customers (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and managing a team within a customer service environment, and in managing people
You have experience in fiduciary services, alternative asset servicing and other financial services
You are proficient in Microsoft office 2016 or higher, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio
You have strong proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written English
You have problem solving skills coupled with analytical skills
You have good planning and time management skills (multitasking on daily basis)
You have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
You are pro-active in raising potential improvements on the process performed
You have ACAMS Certification and knowledge of FATCA and CRS which are advantageous for the role
