- Plan and design desktop applications and/or web-based computer systems that suit the requirement of the organization to support, streamline and improve its operation.
- Performs system updates and maintenance routine to ensure that corporate applications are operational within the agreed service levels.
- Administers and performs database set-up, configuration, and restrictions to provide convenient and secure access to the corporate information/resources.
- Performs regular backup procedures for programs and data stored in the corporate server to assure data integrity and continuity of the company operations in times of hardware or software failure
- Maintains network maps of all sites, if applicable.
- Provides help desk support by answering internal inquires and troubleshoots regarding software database either in person or on the phone.
- Conducts user training and system demonstration to aid the users in the utilization of the developed system.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
*Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of proven work experience as Programmer
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
