Requirements:
Filipino fluent in both oral and written in Korean and English
Open to Undergraduates and Degree Holders
With at least 6 Months work experience working in related account (Travel and Hotel)
Willing to work in Shifting schedule
Can working start asap
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and resolve canceled and requested bookings
Assist clients to alternate accommodation for canceled bookings
Promote company services
Coordinate with Supervisors and IT Dept for solving system errors
Maintain company system to ensure to provide excellent customer service
