Responsibilities:
• Handle calls and emails from VIP Native Korean customers regarding lifestyle and personal management.
• Main responsibility is to assist VIP clients through email, chats and calls in booking flights, jet, concerts,
• Ensure to provide friendly and hospitable services in a timely manner.
• Build sustainable relationships with the clients.
• Responsible for delivering efficient and effective services.
